Yacht basin in West Port

On 27 January 2015, on Reunion Island, SBTPC, Dodin Campenon Bernard and Dodin Réunion, all VINCI Construction subsidiaries, completed the works for the new yacht basin in West Port, a project undertaken on behalf of the Grand Port Maritime de la Réunion. Following the resolution of any acceptance conditions, the opening of the basin is planned for June 2015.
For the companies, the project notably involved the marine earthworks in preparation for the digging out of the basin (185 m by 105 m; depth: 3.50 m), the civil engineering (guide piles for the landing stages based on concrete footings, the reinforced concrete caissons of the entry channel) and the equipment of the landing stages.
