Join the club for individual shareholders as soon as you own at least one VINCI share

Individual shareholders form a strong component of our shareholder base, and there are now 180,000 of you.
Thanks to our robust performance, strategy for the future, the sustainable growth of our share through time and our active loyalty-building and remuneration policy for shareholders, you benefit from the results of our growth.

Close relations and discussion

To strengthen the links between VINCI and its individual shareholders, the Shareholders’ Club, created in 2005, offers members opportunities to get to know the Group better.

Come along to one of the Group’s key meetings: the Shareholders’ General Meeting, regional shareholder meetings, exclusive meetings with our top management and events relating to sponsorship programmes (exhibitions, heritage assets, etc.). These are excellent occasions for meeting our senior management team and discussing our major strategies. Numerous events are proposed: almost 4,000 individual shareholders participate in them each year.

Due to the Covid-19 epidemic and in accordance with the measures taken by the government to try to stop the virus spreading, the VINCI Group has decided to indefinitely postpone all visits and other events for shareholders.

VINCI’s Shareholder Relations department will contact you when visits resume and registration reopens.

“Discover your city” cruises

Launched in 2011, the discovery visit concept gives you the opportunity to gain a new perspective of the cities of Paris, Lyon, Marseille and Strasbourg.

“Discover your city” cruises are restricted to Club members only. Hosted by architects, urban planners and historians, they cast a new light on the selected cities, their history, development and the role played by VINCI companies over many years.

“Paris urban planning seen from the Seine”

Pont Alexandre III, the Petit Palais, the Grand Louvre and the Bercy Ministry of Finance are among the jewels that contribute to the reputation of Paris urban planning. You will look at these and other buildings with a new eye.

Following on from construction of the MuCEM, the CMA-CGM Tower and the tramway extension, VINCI’s subsidiaries are now working in the port (the Terrasses du Port shopping centre and J4 car park). This cruise will enable you to discover or rediscover Marseille from the sea.

“Journey to the heart of urban metamorphosis” in Lyon

From the rivers Saône and Rhône, discover the infrastructure created by the VINCI Group, an active partner in Lyon’s urban renovation. An opportunity to appreciate Lyon’s development, combining the old city and the Lyon Confluence district.

“Another view of Strasbourg’s metamorphosis”
