Dear shareholders,

I have decided to write to you personally during the major health crisis we are navigating, and which is impacting people’s lives, companies’ activities and financial markets.

First of all, rest assured that VINCI is fully mobilised to deal with this unprecedented crisis. I myself, the Executive Committee and the Group’s entire management chain are completely committed, at worldwide, national and local levels. We are watching developments very closely in all the countries where we operate. We have implemented a series of procedures and working arrangements to achieve two objectives: to enable our employees, customers and partners to work as efficiently and effectively as possible while protecting their health; and to continue to provide the public services that we have been entrusted with through our motorway, airport and railway concessions. We are doing everything within our reach, in every country, to focus our actions on this dual priority.

As meetings with our shareholders cannot be held in the usual configuration, I would like to tell you about the arrangements for your General Meeting this year. You will find all the practical information about the organisation in this link. Our Shareholder Relations and Institutional Investor Relations teams are at your disposal by telephone and email, and will be happy to answer your questions and help you with all your formalities.

Lastly, I would like to send you a message of confidence. VINCI is a solid group. It is the result of a long history, endured the 20th century’s big crises and has never stopped building and deepening a model that has time and again proven its resilience – as your loyalty as shareholders attests. With our robust fundamentals, our long-term vision and our teams’ commitment, I am deeply convinced that we will overcome this collective ordeal and maintain our ability to rebound.

We are determined to honour your trust in us, and I would like to thank you for it.
