Students, join us

At VINCI, we recognise and value your personality as a driver of your development and professional success, whatever your level or area of expertise.

Numerous programmes are open to students, from last year of junior secondary to students at business and engineering schools. They give you an opportunity to experience our management model and contribute, in your own way, to our role as a private company serving the public interest and regional development.

Looking for autonomy and responsibility? Meet our Group and its different companies – they are all keen to recruit talented people who can help them pick up their particular challenges and strengthen their teams.

Looking for life-enhancing opportunities and experiences? VINCI opens its doors and offers students and recent graduates the opportunity to engage in projects that will shape their career and their personality.

Student Challenge

Since 2015, we have been inviting students all over the world to mobilise around a key challenge for our business and our activities. In 2017, the theme is imagining the city of tomorrow – the winners may even see their project incubated by the VINCI Group..

International Corporate Volunteering

Every year, VINCI invites young graduates to enrich the first stages of their career by gaining international experience. This system of assignments outside France is addressed to all young Europeans aged from 18 to 28 years, for a period of 6 to 24 months.

Elles bougent

VINCI partnered Elles Bougent (“girls on the go”), a non-profit, in 2018, to encourage more young women to consider careers in engineering or technical fields. The organisation has a network of offices in all French regions and will be expanding into other countries soon. It helps to organise forums, site visits, fairs, tournaments, rallies, conferences and other events in schools for Group employees to meet girl students. All employees are welcome to join the Elles Bougent network and we have made this commitment to fight against stereotypes and foster diversity in our lines of work on a voluntary basis. This partnership is now channelling all Group initiatives involving secondary schools and universities.
