Works on two bridges

Swedish firm Skanska, responsible for the construction of a new swing bridge in Gothenburg, has appointed Actemium Stenungsund (VINCI Energies International) to supply the electrical and monitoring & control installations for the bridge’s rotation mechanism. The business unit has also been charged with equipping the existing Marieholm Bridge with a system for surveillance and control based on programmable industrial automata.
The works, worth €1.9m, will be completed in June 2016.
