Works on the Alesani Dam without emptying it

In the Castagniccia region of Corsica, Corse Travaux (Eurovia) has completed a major maintenance project on the Alesani Dam. The works involved renewing the waterproofing of the service tunnel and installing an innovative anti-silting system. In order not to disrupt the operation of the dam, the timetable for the works was based on the seasonal fall and rise of the water level, requiring particularly strict time management and phasing of the work.
