A Eurovia joint venture composed of Eurovia STR - Lille (leader), EJL Lille-Flandre and VPN is participating in the construction of the Promenade de Flandre shopping centre, located in the communes of Roncq and Neuville-en-Ferrain (north of France). The teams are currently engaged in soil stripping at the 20 hectare site, and all the earthworks and soil treatments in preparation for the construction of the building. They will also supply the site’s drainage and fire-fighting networks, lay the kerbstones and ducting and create roadways and paved areas on a total surface area of some 2 hectares. The shopping centre is scheduled to open in mid-2017.
