VINCI Immobilier in collaborationwith architects Lalou-Lebec, is to developa mixed-use and innovative urban programme in Lille: WENOV.

As of 2020,its more than 23,000 sq. metres will accommodate research centres, prototype laboratories, technology showrooms, co-working spaces, schools and training centres for future digital sector professionals. It will also include a Student Factory VINCI Immobilier’s student residence brand)as well as shops and public spaces connected with the life of the eco-neighbourhood.

This project, by becoming part of EuraTechnologies - an ecosystem dedicated to entrepreneurship and innovation in France – will positionthe European metropolis of Lille asa European Tech capital.
