VINCI recognised for its inclusion and diversity strategy

The group of 350 public and private organisations holding AFNOR Certification’s Equality and/or Diversity label, of which VINCI is a member, met for the fourth time on Monday 19 December.

The event took place in the presence of Olivier Dussopt, Minister of Labour, Employment and Integration, Isabelle Rome, Minister of State attached to the Prime Minister and responsible for Gender Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities, and Stanislas Guerini, Minister of Transformation and Public Administration.

Among those with certification, five were recognised for the strength of their inclusion and diversity strategy, including VINCI, the only private company.
The Group has been certified since the label was created in 2009. Its strategies and actions in terms of inclusion and diversity are audited every two years.

To date, 14 VINCI subsidiaries have certification in France, two in Great Britain and one in Germany.
