VINCI committed to gender diversity

In keeping with the diversity and equality policy set out in the Manifesto and implemented within the Group for several years now, VINCI is now working with the Elles Bougent association.

Signed in January 2018, the partnership is designed to channel the full range of the Group’s initiatives with schools and institutions of higher learning to combat stereotypes and foster gender diversity across its business activities.

The association - which has chapters in all the French regions and will soon be setting up chapters outside France - will notably facilitate meetings between VINCI employees and women students to encourage the latter to choose engineering and technician careers.
