Smiling in airports

The 2015 version of Smiling Day took place on 27 and 28 March at the 23 airports operated by VINCI Airports in France, Cambodia and Portugal, where customers were provided with advice and information along with coffee and pastries. This year, some 900 airport employees volunteered to participate. They welcomed more than 130,000 passengers departing or arriving on some 980 flights at VINCI Airports’ various airports
