Road works on the Vendée islands

As part of their contract to maintain secondary roads in the Vendée department (west of France), the Bodin (Eurovia) teams have just completed two island projects. On the island of Yeu, the company renewed the surface course on 1,700 ml of road, applying 825 t of low-temperature asphalt of the Viaself® Fv type. On the island of Noirmoutier, Bodin has created 2 km of cycle track and renewed 85,000 sq. metres of road surface, notably on the 4.2 km of the Passage du Gois, the longest submersible roadin Europe (photo).
Value of the two contracts: €680,000.
