Redevelopment of the Fontenoy-Ségur complex

Sovafim has appointed the Horizons consortium, comprising the developer Sogelym-Dixence (leader), architects FS Braun et Associés, the Dalkia consultancies, and CBC (VINCI Construction France), to redevelop the Fontenoy-Ségur complex in the 7th arrondissement of Paris. The development, operation and maintenance contract (CPIEM) covers transforming a 46,000 sq. metre property complex and then operating and maintaining it for a period of 12 years. Composed of 2 buildings, the complex will house government departments, including those of the prime minister and several administrative authorities, currently scattered across 35 different sites in Paris.
The works, entrusted to CBC and Bateg (VINCI Construction France), will start on 1 March 2015, with handover scheduled for September 2017. Total value of the works: €143.6m.
