In Roubaix (north of France), the foundation stone for the Quatuor project was laid on 4 February 2014. Being developed by Adim Nord-Picardie, this mixed-use development combining offices (17,000 sq. metres) and services (inter-company crèche, restaurant and caretaking) is composed of four buildings.

6,500 sq. metres of office space is reserved for the new headquarters of the Nord-Picardie division of VINCI Construction France (some 250 people). Quatuor is located in the heart of the Union eco-neighbourhood, which will accommodate various sectors of excellence (imaging technology, culture and the media, and innovative textiles), homes (3,500 new residents) and 6,000 to 8,000 new jobs. Handover of the first two buildings is scheduled for April 2015. Total value of the works, awarded to Sogea Caroni: €30m.
