“Pierres d’or” for the DUO towers

In the 20th edition of the “Pierres d’or” competition, the DUO towers projectin Paris – designed by architect Jean Nouvel and being implemented by Bateg (VINCI Construction France) and several VINCI Energies France business units (Cegelec Tertaire IDF Projet, SDEL Imtec, SAGA Tertaire, Lefort Francheteau and Uxello IDF) – was awarded the “Pierre d’or 2018” for the best development programme at a gala evening heldin the Garnier Opera House in Paris.

Located in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, the two towers (height: 180 and 122 metres; total surface area: 105,000 sq. metres), which feature a hotel, a bar with panoramic views over Paris, an auditorium, shops and plant-filled terraces, will contribute to this neighbourhood’s social mix. Each year,the “Pierres d’or” award ceremony rewards, by category (developers, advisers, young talent, development programmes…), the work of property professionals in France.
