Partnership contract for the new Humanities & Social Sciences campus

On 15 March, the Condorcet Campus public establishment for scientific cooperation signed a partnership contract, for a period of 29 years and 3 months, with the Sérendicité consortium, composed of GTM Bâtiment (VINCI Construction France), 3i Infrastructure PLC and ENGIE Cofely, for the Condorcet Paris-Aubervilliers Campus in the Seine-Saint-Denis department, by Paris.
The partnership concerns the design, construction and maintenance of the campus buildings (52,000 sq. metres) in Aubervilliers. This complex will house the headquarters of the National Institute for Demographic Studies (INED), research and teaching space for the higher education institutions and bodies specialising in the human sciences and for associations of universities associated with the project, a conference centre, an accommodation block for researchers, a project incubator, facilities supporting campus life, and 450 student flats.
The property development contract has been awarded to Adim Concepts and the works will be carried out by GTM Bâtiment and Bateg (all VINCI Construction France subsidiaries).
Value of the consortium’s investment: €165m, of which €154m for VINCI Construction France.
