Overhauling safety infrastructure

Eurovia Québec Grands Projets has won the contract to upgrade the crash barriers on the viaducts located on the A25 motorway near its intersection with the A640, which serves towns in the northern areas of Montreal.

The works, which started in summer 2016, involve demolishing and then rebuilding concrete walls as well as part of the slab that supported the old barriers. Handover is scheduled for late October 2016.
