Off-plan sale of office block

VINCI Immobilier has just agreed the offplan sale of the Elements office block, in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, to Aviva Investors Real Estate. Designed by Antonini Darmon Architectes, the project will provide 16,300 sq. metres of office space over eight storeys, a staff restaurant, a cafeteria with access to the interior gardens, and 830 sq. metres of retail space. The building will have HEQ and BREEAM Very Good certification. Handover is scheduled for the second quarter of 2017.
