Off-plan sale of an office building in Paris

In late 2018, VINCI Immobilier and the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations signed the off-plan sale agreement for BO13, an office building in the 13th arrondissement of Paris.

Entirely redeveloped, this structure will provide a surface area of 7,380 sq. metres over nine storeys, including a 480 sq. metre business centre. It will also feature five accessible terraces and a roof dedicated to urban agriculture, thus exemplifying VINCI Immobilier’s OpenWork approach, with its emphasis on the well-being of users and the building’s performance.
The project aims to achieve, in particular, BREEAM Excellent, HEQ High Performance and Well Gold certification. The works, being undertaken by Dumez (VINCI Construction France), Santerne and T.O.P (VINCI Energies), have just started, with handover scheduled for 2020.
