Off-plan offices in Toulon

VINCI Immobilier has signed a contract with the Var department (south of France) for the off-plan sale of three office blocks (total surface area: 8,000 sq. metres) in the La Loubière neighbourhood of Toulon. These offices will accommodate 400 General Council employees, currently working at a variety of different sites. Designed by architects Architecture Studio, this project is part of a programme to develop the site of a former gas production plant. Being developed by VINCI Immobilier, as of 2016 it will provide 14,500 sq. metres of homes, offices and retail units as well as parking spaces. The works are being supplied by Les Travaux du Midi Var (VINCI Construction France).
