19 November 2015 - Projects update and handover - France

VINCI Immobilier handed over the second tranche of the SFR campus, located near the Stade de France in Saint-Denis, in early October, a month ahead of schedule. With a total surface area of 127,000 sq. metres, the new complex is composed of four buildings and includes several eating places, 1,500 sq. metres of retail space, a sports centre and a conference centre for up to 750 participants. The site, where 4,500 employees have been working since the handover of the first tranche (71,000 sq. metres) in December 2013, will now be able to accommodate 8,500. Benefiting from VINCI Immobilier’s environmental approach, the campus has NF HEQ™ Service Buildings and BREEAM certification and fulfils the conditions for the BBC (low energy building) label. The works were carried out on a general contracting basis by a VINCI Construction France joint venture composed of Bateg, leader, and Sicra; the external works, and the technical equipment of the buildings were supplied by Eurovia and VINCI Energies respectively, while Soletanche Bachy Pieux (Soletanche Freyssinet/ VINCI Construction) and Botte Fondations (VINCI Construction France) were in charge of the foundations.
