New operating contract on the M3

UTS, a VINCI Highways subsidiary, has won the contract to operate and maintain a new segment – a 70 km-long section just to the west of Moscow – of the M3 motorway, which runs between Moscow and the Ukrainian border.

This new, 20-year contract increases to 597 km the UTS-operated road network in Russia. VINCI Highways, a VINCI Concessions subsidiary, has been present in Russia since 2008 and is today the leading private-sector motorway operator in the country.
