New contract for contactless toll collection

VINCI Highways (VINCI Concessions) has won a contract for electronic toll collection system and customer relations services for the Central Texas and North East Texas Regional Mobility Authorities, the government agencies in charge of transport in 14 Texan counties.

Valued at $50 million, it covers toll services on five 100%-free-flow motorways and expressways located in Austin and Tyler. These networks represent an annual volume of some 60 million transactions.

VINCI Highways, via its Cofiroute USA and TollPlus subsidiaries, will be in charge of developing and operating the back office, all associated services (collection and transmission to the government agencies of the payments) and the management of customer relations.
