New 4-star hotel in Marseille

In Marseille (south of France), a consortium comprising Dumez Méditerranée (leader) and Les Travaux du Midi (both VINCI Construction France subsidiaries) as well as Santerne Marseille (VINCI Energies France), BEC, Crudeli and Cari has won the contract to build the future 4-star Golden Tulip hotel. Designed by architect Massimiliano Fuksas, this establishment will form part of the Euromed Center complex. It will provide 210 upmarket rooms on eight storeys.
The construction works, valued at €19.6m, will take twenty-one months. Santerne Marseille and Crudeli are charged with the technical works packages.
