Makeover for the Parc des Princes

Built in 1972 and now a listed historic monument, the Parc des Princes stadium, near the Porte de Saint-Cloud, in Paris, is currently being renovated. The works, being carried out by Lainé Delau (VINCI Construction France), were launched in January 2013. Aimed at improving facilities for players, the media, spectators and customers, they should be 70% completed by August 2014.

The works involve developing the old entrance area, on the Borelli side, which will be attached to the stadium; the creation of a bar, Press facilities and function rooms; the elimination of the pit on the Paris/Borelli side; the installation of a single fire safety system (category A); the construction of two fire towers; the re-organisation of the dressing rooms and the creation of toilets.
