Logistical platform for STEF

A Eurovia joint venture composed of EJL’s Cannes-Écluse office (leader) and TP Goulard is currently creating a 16,000 sq. metre logistical platform, close to the A6 motorway and the commune of Nemours (Paris region), on behalf of the STEF Group, a European specialist in temperature-controlled logistics.
This project will notably see the deployment of a Salviacim®-type mix, which combines the flexibility of concrete mix and the capacity of cement concrete to withstand heavy loads. Handover is scheduled for November 2016.
Value of the works: €1.8m.
