Launch of TO-LYON, one of the biggest building projects in Lyon

Yesterday, during the MIPIM, the international trade fair for property professionals, Gérard Collomb, senator and mayor of Lyon and president of the Metropolis of Lyon, Olivier de la Roussière, chairman of VINCI Immobilier and Dominique Perrault, architect, will be presenting TO- LYON, a major project that will transform the Lyon-Part-Dieu neighbourhood.

Designed by architect Dominique Perrault, the TO-LYON development programme will feature a variety of functions, reflecting the urban diversity of this neighbourhood located in the heart of the metropolis.

The 170 m-tall tower will provide 66,000 sq. metres of office space over 43 storeys. A 168-room four-star hotel and 3,500 sq. metres of retail space will complete the programme. The building will aim to achieve NF HEQ and BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification. A WELL label is also under consideration. The works should start in 2018, with handover scheduled for 2022. 

Forming an integral part of the multimodal transport hub, of Europe- wide significance, of Lyon-Part-Dieu, this project will contribute greatly to the international attractiveness and economic development of the neighbourhood.
