On 13 February 2014, Jean-Yves Charlier, chairman of SFR, and Olivier de la Roussière, chairman of VINCI Immobilier, formally opened the SFR Campus in Saint-Denis. Launched in November 2011, the works were completed in record time. This first 74,000 sq. metre tranche meets high environmental quality criteria (NF Service Buildings, HEQ®, BREEAM and low-energy building certification). This complex of office buildings has been designed in the form of a campus in order to encourage communication within the SFR Group.

4,500 employees are already installed in the new premises. There will be 8,500 once the second tranche (60,000 sq. metres) has been handed over in late 2015. Located on a 4.2 hectare site within the Landy-Pleyel integrated development zone, the campus, designed by architect Jean-Paul Viguier, will, once complete, comprise four buildings; set amidst gardens and landscaped terraces, they will feature many shared facilities: 5 restaurants, 1,600 sq. metres of retail space, a conference area (capacity: 750 people) and an auditorium, as well as a sports centre and 1,600 parking spaces. Over 110,000 hours of work (the equivalent of 50 full-time posts), in 11 different trades, were carried out on an integration-through-work basis, leading to 33 people being hired: 6 on permanent contracts, 11 on fixed-term contracts and 16 on professional training contracts.

Reminder: the works were carried out on a general contracting basis by a consortium composed of Bateg and Sicra (VINCI Construction France subsidiaries), with the participation of Soletanche Bachy Pieux (Soletanche Freyssinet/ VINCI Construction) and Botte Fondations (VINCI Construction France) for the foundations. Lefort Francheteau Inissium, Tunzini IdF Tertiaire, Phibor Espaces, SDEL GPI, Saga GPI, Santerne IdF Tertiaire and Graniou A2R (VINCI Energies France) also participated in the works.
