Handover of the Quai 8.2 complex in Bordeaux

VINCI Immobilier has handed over, in the heart of the Bordeaux Saint-Jean Belcier integrated development zone (ZAC) and near the city’s train station, the 43,000 m2 mixed-use Quai 8.2 programme, co-developed with Icade.

Built by GTM Bâtiment Aquitaine (VINCI Construction France), this complex is composed of 5 buildings and comprises 29,500 m2 of office space, an ultra-connected Student Factory residence (116 apartments), a 4-star Golden Tulip hotel, a 3-star B&B hotel, 2,000 m2 of retail space and a 436-space car park. The office buildings have gained HQE Excellent and Breeam Very Good certification and the Effinergie – 10% label. Quai 8.2 contributes to the ambition of Bordeaux-Euratlantique (operation of national interest) to create a new urban focal point and consolidate the city of Bordeaux’s ranking as one of Europe’s most attractive large cities.
