Foundation stone laid for adaptable and dynamic Cérès Residence

On 11 October 2016, in the Andromède eco-neighbourhood of Blagnac (south-west France), VINCI Immobilier laid the foundation stone for the Cérès Residence, a complex comprising 78 apartments and 20 villas.

On this programme, VINCI Immobilier is developing its new concept of forward-looking and connected solutions: Evolio. This will make it possible, on request, and in each home, to implement technical and technological solutions enabling occupants to remain in their home in the best possible residential conditions.

A further innovative feature of the project is the signing of a partnership agreement between VINCI Immobilier and the Mon p’ti voisinage start-up, which offers a mutual support and sharing network among neighbours. A Living Lab on the ground floor of the residence will serve as a space for both exhibitions and talks on products and services incorporated within the homes.

Handover of this complex is scheduled for the first quarter of 2018.
