Development of a new access route into the cross-Channel terminal in Dunkirk

In the north of France, the Grand Port Maritime de Dunkerque has awarded Eurovia STR Dunkerque the contract to reorganise access to the cross-Channel terminal. In order to improve the functioning of the terminal, where the Dunkirk-Dover ferries arrive and depart, the port authority and ferry operator DFDS have decided to open a new access road starting from an area currently available at the entrance to the site. This move will mean shorter embarkation and disembarkation times and improved conditions for passengers. The contract covers all the installations required for the checking-in and checking of vehicles and passengers.
