Carmacks (Eurovia) has been appointed by PCL Construction Management to carry outurban development works.

This neighbourhood surrounding Rogers Place, the stadium that is home to the local hockey team, will comprise apartment blocks, a four-star JW Marriott hotel, restaurants, bars and a 4,600 sq. metre square, and will be the largest sports and leisure complex in Canada, aiming to attract millions of people each year. The teams, currently working around the JW Marriot hotel and the Stantec tower, will be operating here over a period of three years.
