Design-build and maintenance PPP for the IRSN

Within the framework of the PPP for the construction of the new Prisme building for the Institute for Radiological Protection and Nuclear Safety (IRSN) in Fontenay-aux-Roses, by Paris, Bateg (VINCI Construction France), via the specially created project company PPP Prisme, is charged with the design, financing, construction and making available of the building, and with any major remedial works for a period of 25 years. The building’s 12,000 sq. metres will provide office and laboratory space, a conference centre and areas dedicated to specific activities. The aim is to achieve HEQ certification.
Worth €35.5m, the works will take 24 months.
