Sicra (leader) and Bateg, subsidiaries of VINCI Construction France, in a joint venture, launched the structural works for phone operator Orange’s new campus in Châtillon, by Paris, in summer 2013. Designed by architects Bridot & Willerval and baptised the Eco Campus, this complex will comprise four buildings, providing a total surface area of 77,000 sq. metres, set in a 3 hectare park planted with trees. 4,000 research workers specialising in new technologies will be moving in here as of late 2015.
Contract value: €49.3m.
