8,800 sq. metres of major redevelopment works in Paris

In January 2014, in Rue Firmin Gillot, in Paris (15th arrondissement), Bateg, a VINCI Construction France subsidiary, launched major redevelopment works, on behalf of Bouwfonds Marignan Immobilier, at an 8,800 sq. metre office building comprising six storeys and two underground levels. Awarded the contract on a general contracting basis, Bateg is responsible for the asbestos removal and clearance works, the envelope, and the technical and architectural works packages.
The works will take twenty months. Contract value: €20m.
