26 June 2013 - New contracts - Russian Federation

On 25 June 2013, VINCI Construction Grands Projets, a subsidiary of VINCI, signed a contract with MC Dynamo, a subsidiary of VTB Bank, to build the Dynamo Moscow stadium.

The project is located 5 km northwest of central Moscow. It involves the construction of a sports and entertainment venue that will include a new 27,000-seat football stadium, a 12,000-seat multi-purpose indoor arena, a 30,000 m2 shopping centre, a multiplex cinema and 730 underground parking spaces. The facade of the former stadium, dating back to the 1920s, has been partly preserved and will be incorporated into the facility's architecture.

VINCI Construction Grands Projets will develop the basic design studies and build the facility based on the building permit file drawn up by the architects, Manica Architecture (USA) and Speech Architects (Russia).

Preparatory works will get under way in the autumn of 2013 with handover scheduled in the last quarter of 2017.
