2 September 2010 - Acquisitions - United Kingdom
In the United Kingdom, VINCI Park has just finalised the acquisition of a 100% stake in the Meteor Parking company from the Go-Ahead Group.
With this acquisition, VINCI Park becomes the UK’s fourth-largest parking operator, with a portfolio of 130,000 managed parking spaces and revenue of around £50 million.
The two companies complement each other, giving the new entity a consistent structure and consolidating VINCI Park’s positions in the hospital and retail parking market and opening up promising new sectors such as airport car parks and valet parking.
