Christopher Welton is appointed Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at VINCI

Christopher Welton (50), who holds a masters degree in international relations from The Johns Hopkins University SAIS (Washington, DC), started his career in international banking with Riggs Bank in the US in 1986 where he held successive management positions in Washington, DC, Paris and London. In 1997 he was recruited by The Bank of New York in London as head of customer relationship management. He was then asked to join investor relations at Alcatel-Lucent starting in 2000 before being recruited as head of investor relations at Technip in 2002.
