The new VINCI Concessions organisation

7 January 2008 - Appointments

Xavier Huillard (Director and Chief Executive Officer of VINCI) has been appointed Chairman of VINCI Concessions. David Azema is its Chief Executive Officer.

The VINCI Concessions Management Committee is made up of the heads of its the company's five operating divisions.

- Henri Stouff has been appointed Chairman of VINCI Autoroutes France, the VINCI Concessions entity that now brings together the French motorway concession companies. Henri Stouff was appointed Chairman of ASF on 10 December 2007. He is a member of the VINCI Executive Committee.

- Denis Grand is Chairman of VINCI Park, which has brought together all parking activities - management and development, in France and on the international market,– within the division since 2000.

- Christophe Pélissié du Rausas heads VINCI Concessions / Greece, the entity that brings together the full range of the division's activities in Greece, the only country outside France in which VINCI Concessions has now achieved critical size.

- Fadi Selwan heads VINCI Concessions / Développement, the entity responsible for developing new greenfield PPP projects.

- Antoine Bresolin heads VINCI Concessions / Asset Management ; he is in charge of optimising the concession assets portfolio and supporting brownfield growth.

Two functional divisions round out this organisation:

- Pierre Duprat has been appointed VINCI Concessions Director of Marketing and Communications. He also became VINCI Executive Vice President, Communications, replacing Pierre Coppey, on 5 November 2007.

- Erik Leleu has been appointed VINCI Concessions Human Resources Director. He also became VINCI Executive Vice President, Human Resources, replacing Pierre Coppey, on 5 November 2007.
