What role can companies play in integrating refugees?
How can companies complement the role of public institutions in the process of integrating foreigners, particularly refugees? After taking part in a think tank on this subject, alongside other companies, the VINCI Foundation for the City and the Pierre Claver association, in 2024, VINCI launched the first pilot class for refugees, to test the model it had they had designed. In 2025, for the second year running, VINCI is opening its doors to welcome refugees for French language and general culture lessons given voluntarily by company employees. The aim? To promote the social and economic integration of legal refugees. Interview with Priscille Dargnies, co-founder and director of the Pierre Claver association's ENT.RE programme.
