Employee shareholders' Club
The Group offers its employees the opportunity to join VINCI's Employee Shareholders' Circle to learn more about the Group's businesses and achievements.
You can also engage in civil society initiatives. We support our teams in this approach, which is an integral part of our culture.
We encourage our employees to get involved in civil society initiatives through our corporate foundations and our endowment fund. The ‘citizen pathway’ developed by the Fondation VINCI pour la Cité, for instance, gives you the opportunity to volunteer for one-off or regular missions aimed at fostering social and professional integration.
From your first internship and throughout your career, you will be able to take part in projects that are meaningful, both for you and for our Group. These commitments can take different forms: supporting a non-profit group of your choice to help it obtain a grant and sharing your skills with it, or getting involved in mentoring actions aimed at young people and those on work-integration programmes.
