To strengthen the links between VINCI and its individual shareholders, the Shareholders’ Club, created in 2005, offers members opportunities to get to know the Group better.
Come along to one of the Group’s key meetings: the Shareholders’ General Meeting, regional shareholder meetings, exclusive meetings with our top management and tours of the Group's emblematic sites and assets (exhibitions, heritage assets, etc.). These are excellent occasions for meeting our senior management team and discussing our major strategies. Numerous events are proposed: almost 2,000 individual shareholders participate in them each year.
Every quarter, you receive the “À plus d'un titre” e-letter for our Club shareholders. It includes the latest news and contracts won by VINCI's various divisions, the main media appearances by members of the Executive Committee, and key figures on the Group's latest results. We give you in-depth analyses of our results, business model and business activities.

Around thirty events and visits are organised each year, enabling you to discover VINCI's business lines through the Group's emblematic achievements. Since 2024, a new route, ‘On the road to museums’, has been open to you, with visits to museums renovated or built by VINCI. Through these visits, you will discover how the Group, through its many areas of expertise, is helping to accelerate the transformation of the living environment, infrastructure and mobility.

Discover your city’ cruises are reserved for members of the Club. Led by university lecturers specialising in town planning and architecture, they enable you to discover towns in a new light by learning about their history, their town planning and the role played by VINCI companies.

Everything you’ve always wanted to see at the Stade de France
The Stade de France was built to host the 1998 football world cup and is operated by VINCI Stadium (VINCI Concessions). Follow the guide into the depths of France’s largest sporting and cultural venue. This 90-minute tour features the trail that top athletes follow, the electric atmosphere in the changing rooms and the tunnel leading onto the pitch.
The Shareholders’ Club has been holding an annual competition, “In private with VINCI”, since 2013. Winners are invited to lunch with members of VINCI’s top management team at l’archipel, VINCI’s new head office. This is an opportunity for laid-back one-on-one conversations about the Group’s strategic priorities, outlook, results and dividend policy.
