Renovation of a luxury hotel in Tangier
Sogea Maroc (VINCI Construction International Network), in a joint venture with Cegelec Maroc (VINCI Energies International & Systems) for the technical works packages, is in charge of the redevelopment and enlargement of the Tazi Palace Hotel in Tangier.
With the existing building being retained, the renovation and restructuring works will enable this 5-star luxury establishment, on its 3.6 hectare site, to offer accommodation – 133 rooms and suites – of the highest standard.
The works started in September 2018 and will last 27 months.
