VINCI Mixed Cup: where diversity wins the big league

The 9th edition of the VINCI Mixed Cup brought Europe’s top youth clubs together for a football tournament with a twist: each match is played in two halves – one with U16 girls, the other with U15 boys – and the trophy going to the teams with the highest combined score.

This year, ten prestigious clubs competed: Servette FC, Olympique de Marseille, LOSC, AAS Sarcelles Football, AS Saint-Étienne, RSC Anderlecht, Juventus FC, RC Lens, Montpellier HSC, and Paris FC.

For the first time, a Challenger Tournament gave amateur clubs from the Paris region a chance to qualify for the main event. AAS Sarcelles came out on top, earning their spot among the best from France and Europe.

Paris FC claimed victory this year, finishing ahead of Montpellier HSC and RC Lens.

The VINCI Mixed Cup reflects values that VINCI and Paris FC have shared for over 10 years: diversity, inclusion, and the building of lasting futures. By centring games around mixed-gender matches, the tournament celebrates listening to others, devising strategies as a team, and solidarity on the pitch.

Beyond competition, VINCI and Paris FC continue to support young players’ personal and professional growth through the Give Me Five programme.

The VINCI Mixed Cup is much more that a tournament – it’s about learning, sharing, and shaping the next generation.
