Rehabilitation of homes on Reunion Island

As part of an urban regeneration project under way in Saint-Pierre, social landlord Semader has awarded S2R (VINCI Construction Dom-Tom) the Caserne operation, involving the rehabilitation of 73 occupied homes.

S2R is in charge of structural and demolition works, plumbing and electrical works and the installation of new doors and windows and partition walls. Launched in October, the works will extend over 24 months.
