VINCI Immobilier hands over its first smart home development
On 12 December, VINCI Immobilier announced the handover of the 20 connected houses of the Cérès residential development in Blagnac (south-west France), a project undertaken in partnership with La Poste, Legrand and Netatmo.
Deploying its partners’ technical solutions, VINCI Immobilier is offering a unique and unprecedented experience in these new homes, in which the interactions between the connected objects will simplify the everyday life of their occupants.
The Cérès development will provide a total of 78 homes: 58 flats, including 18 social housing units, and 20 detached houses in the Andromède neighbourhood, the first eco-neighbourhood in Midi-Pyrénées, a pilot Silver Economy region.
