VINCI Concessions sells its stake in Locorail NV
On 30 June 2016, VINCI Concessions sold to a co-shareholder its entire stake (25% of the capital) in Locorail NV.
This company is in charge of the financing, design, construction and maintenance of the Liefkenshoek rail link, in the port of Antwerp (Belgium), within the framework of a public-private partnership signed in 2008.
