In Paris, as part of the renovation of the Lutetia Hotel, August 2014 saw Neom, via a CMS-Arene (VINCI Construction France) joint venture, begin clearance and asbestos and lead removal operations in this 18,000 sq. metre building. The works will take 7 months.
