Special technology for an R&D centre

The AGC Group, the world's leading flat glass manufacturer, has awarded Cegelec Belgium (VINCI Energies International) all the ”special technology” works packages for the 14,000 sq. metre building that will house its new European R&D centre (laboratories and offices) at Gosselies, near Charleroi. Cegelec Belgium is responsible for the HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning), electricity (high- and low-voltage), special fluids and clean room technology works packages.
The works will begin in October 2012 and be completed in September 2013. Contract value: €8m.
