South West Highways Alliance framework agreement

Eurovia Specialist Treatments (EST) will be one of four firms charged with delivering specialist treatments and applying surface dressing and micro-surfacing under the terms of a framework agreement involving 13 highway authorities in South-West England, including those in Somerset, Wiltshire, Dorset and Devon. This four-year contract began in the fourth quarter of 2014. The works will be allocated to the companies offering the best quality/price ratio within the framework of a restricted competitive tendering process.
